Pivots behind the moldboard, cuts a straight edge regardless of the angle of the board. It allows you to cut around curves, and the operators view is completely unobstructed. This unit dismounts in less then a minute, can be taken to any jobsite, and mounted on any grader (extra moldboard mount available). can be mounted on loaders and more with the extra lug mounting kits.
Hydraulic Mount Asphalt Cutter
Operator precisely regulates the depth of the cut and monitors down pressure. The unit is always on the machine & available for immediate use or it can quick connect in less then a minute.

This unit offers precise depth control 1″ to 8″ deep, up to 30,000lbs down pressure required for high density asphalt, and exclusive AI-G2 Crowing blades that outlast all others, with an average lifespan of 12-15 miles of 6″cutting.

Features a hydraulic gate which allows precise metering of asphalt. Tungsten carbide wear shoes to allow leveling, and an adjustable front door to control depth
