The Volt 9 is the largest BTU heat capacity for standard 220V or 240V electrical circuits commonly available. It will run on standard electrical dryer circuits so expensive electrician work is not necessary. Consult your electrician to determine if your electrical system will handle this unit.

It can be used in the most demanding of environments and has proven its abilities in hundreds of applications. The Volt 9 is a 240V unit and draws either 25 or 37.5 amps. This means it will run flawlessly off a stove receptacle. Make sure your receptacle is a NEMA 14-50P configuration, to ensure compatibility with our plug. The Volt9 produces a ton of heat, and disperses it in large areas with its 350 CFM fan. If not available, consider the Volt 6 which runs on the same circuit, just 25 amp rather than 37.5 amps of the Volt 9.
